Nadia Laurinci, COO

Nadia Laurinci is the COO at Conspiracy of Love and Founder at Laurinci & Company, a talent agency working with some of the most extraordinary people on the planet. 

Previously, Nadia was a strategy consultant at Outthinker and investment manager at Goldman Sachs. She has vast experience advising companies on their strategy and capabilities to innovate. Her consulting portfolio includes Fortune 500 as well as mid-market companies including Microsoft, L’Oreal, Johnson & Johnson, Walmart and many others. 

Before consulting, Nadia spent the first 3 years of her career on Wall Street; at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup’s asset management divisions in New York. At Goldman Sachs, Nadia joined a new investment group and was instrumental to bringing its business to over $4bn of annual transactions in 2 years. She designed investment instruments using advanced analytics, a skill she brought over to her work with consulting clients. 

She has served at the Strategic Advisor at Thought For Food, a Swiss-based platform empowering young people around the world to build start-ups dedicated to solving the global food shortage problem.

Nadia has a deep passion for thought leadership, entrepreneurship and thinking big. She graduated with high honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She has worked and lived in New York, Philadelphia, Zurich, Paris, London, Bratislava, and Berlin and is fluent in English, German, Czech, Slovak, and Spanish.

Mark is our chief Co-Conspirator for Canada. He is the founder of OurPurpose, a  consultancy practice headquartered in Toronto, Canada.   Mark has worked in leadership and executive roles with many iconic consumer brands, all at the intersection of media, marketing and technology.  

Mark's experience includes business development, marketing, sponsorship, and international joint ventures with leading companies such as  CityTV, MuchMusic, Bravo!, Yahoo! Canada, Major League Gaming, GOLTV, National Geographic, Keshet and Alpine Canada. Mark has also led varied sponsorship and philanthropic partnerships with an array of international brands including Audi, Bell, CIBC, Heineken, Ford, NBA, NHL and Capital One.
